These popular courses are run over two or three days which enables the delegate to develop their competence and ability in this important area of leadership. Questioning techniques, listening ability, coaching frameworks are all part of the theory which is essential for a good coach. The coaching program involves role-play, this ensures that the participants experience the behaviour change and practice the coaching skills taught throughout the program, enabling candidates to be in a strong position to use them immediately after the training.
